Here's another fun exercise to help you manifest specially a spiritual goal. It got developed quite spontaneously last weekend during a Reiki workshop I was holding. We had a lot of fun with it and I hope you will too.
The exercise called for selecting a spiritual goal. I used my own goal as an example, which is to be an instrument for the Universe, to use as it sees fit, to disseminate the knowledge of the Universal Laws, for bettering human lives. As I used the word 'instrument' I really connected with it and felt the need to choose a musical instrument whose sound I resonanted with, embody it, and through 'my sound' create a healing vibration in the world. Although I play the Taiko, my instrument of choice for the purpose of this exercise was a Bass Guitar. Somehow, at a deep level and for an inexplicable reason, its sound seemed to be just right for what I'm to be, and do.
And what, then, is YOUR instrument of choice? Which instrument weaves its magic on you with the frequency of its sound? Choose one now, and then let's proceed.
In the next step we offer ourselves in service to the Universe, to 'play' us as needed, for the larger purpose of raising the vibration of people everywhere, so as to move them beyond their fears, to resonate with a higher frequency of 'be-ing'.
But then, the question arises: If we are going to 'hand over' this instrument, that we ARE, to the Universe, what then is OUR job, OUR responsibility, OUR WILL in all of this? In answer, I would like to say that I believe MY job is to keep this instrument in as perfect a condition as possible. Any student of music will tell you that the sound their instrument produces is the direct result of the care they take of it. I believe, in that same way, we are obliged to keep ourselves, as much as possible, in peak condition - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. And when the Universe needs to 'play' us, the orchestra will be divine...
I don't know about you, but I'm going off now to do some contemplation to the sound of a Bass Guitar :-)...
Kiki ;-)
